Şantiere, nu tranşee!

Mai avem, încă, şansa salvării Anului Centenar, a cărui primă jumătate a fost compromisă de exacerbarea războiului ce a înveninat spaţiul public. Mai avem, încă, şansa pregătirii preşedinţiei româneşti a Consiliului UE – testul de maturitate ca stat membru. Mai avem, încă, şansa închiderii rănilor şi a mobilizării energiilor pentru reconstrucţia ţării. Cu o condiţie: întoarcerea la unicul reper admis în politica responsabilă – buna guvernare.

De un an şi jumătate, românii sunt sacrificaţi în numele unor cinice calcule personale, sunt scârbiţi de scandalul politic continuu în numele unor mize meschine, sunt vitregiţi de şansa europeană la modernizare şi dezvoltare. Războiul fratricid afectează grav necesara evaluare a secolului ce a trecut de la Marea Unire, din care jumătate românii au îndurat dictaturi. Războiul româno-român blochează buna pregătire a celui mai important moment al României de la aderarea europeană din 2007 încoace. Confruntarea a ajuns în punctul nevralgic al statului, fiind sacrificate stabilitatea şi funcţionarea instituţiilor fundamentale.

Cum am ajuns aici? Dacă statul îşi făcea la timp şi corect datoria, Liviu Dragnea nu ar fi acum pe cale să dea foc României. Complicităţile toxice au răbufnit în răfuieli de tip mafiot. E momentul ca preşedintele ţării să intervină ferm, în temeiul rolului său constituţional, pentru stoparea dezastrului suicidar şi pentru restartarea nivelului decizional. E nevoie de un efort al politicienilor responsabili din întregul spectru politic pentru marginalizarea camarilelor isterice ale liderilor compromişi. E ultima lor şansă de a se salva din mlaştina în care i-au scufundat cele mai slabe garnituri de conducere din istoria celor două mari partide, PSD şi PNL.
Au fraternizat ei până şi soldaţii germani şi britanici, pe frontul din 1914, când şi-au părăsit spontan tranşeele pentru a sărbători împreună Crăciunul. Chiar sunt atât de grave pricinile de vrajbă dintre românii anului 2018, încât raţiunea şi viitorul să fie sacrificate pentru ambiţia oarbă a unor nelegiuiţi captivi în realitatea lor paralelă? Schizofrenia politică trebuie stopată urgent.
E nevoie de măsuri urgente de asanare şi recredibilizare a tuturor instituţiilor statului, aducându-le la menirea lor legitimă – în serviciul cetăţeanului. „Ţineţi cu poporul toţi, ca să nu rătăciţi”, îndemna Simion Bărnuţiu, în vâltoarea revoluţiei paşoptiste. E vremea întoarcerii la popor şi la dreptul său consfinţit prin Constituţie la viaţă decentă. Am fost asaltaţi, în ultima vreme, cu înverşunate revendicări particulare ale unor pretinse drepturi, în vreme ce se încalcă sistematic art. 47 din legea supremă: „Statul este obligat să ia măsuri de dezvoltare economică şi de protecţie socială, de natură să asigure cetăţenilor un nivel de trai decent”. Îşi îndeplineşte statul român, prin actualii guvernanţi, această îndatorire ce-i revine faţă de toţi cetăţenii săi? Nu, iar aceasta stimulează hemoragia de creiere şi braţe de muncă peste hotare.

Politica românească trebuie să revină la rostul ei: buna guvernare în interesul tuturor cetăţenilor. Avem nevoie de autostrăzi, spitale şi investiţii, nu de pomeni în contul datoriei statului. Avem nevoie de politicieni competenţi şi modeşti, nu de vătafi analfabeţi. Avem nevoie de o reformă constituţională şi de un pact transpartinic pentru aderarea la zona euro, ca obiectiv naţional de dezvoltare coerentă. România poate şi trebuie să se salveze!
