Războiul informațional dintre Rusia și Ucraina escaladează

Un grup anonim de hackeri a reușit să transmită un apel televizat de urgență în care președintele rus, Vladimir Putin, anunța instaurarea legii marțiale în trei regiuni de graniță și semnarea unui decret pentru mobilizarea generală.

Mesajul a fost difuzat de mai multe posturi de radio și televiziune din regiunile de frontieră ale Rusiei. Autoritățile de la Kremlin au confirmat că a fost un fals, creat cu ajutorul inteligenței artificiale.

Putin anunța, în falsul apel, mobilizarea în masă și declanșarea războiului total cu Ucraina. Populația era îndemnată să evacueze zonele de frontieră și să se refugieze în interiorul Rusiei. Purtătorul de cuvânt al lui Putin, Dmitri Peskov, a declarat că înregistrarea unui astfel de mesaj nu a avut loc și că serviciile de securitate investighează acest incident. La rândul lor, operatorii de televiziune din Crimeea, teritoriu ocupat de Rusia, au confirmat că sistemele lor au fost compromise.

Atacul cibernetic survine în urma unor raiduri transfrontaliere efectuate de luptători pro-ucraineni, sub titulatura Legiunii Rusiei Libere și Corpului Voluntar Rus, cetățeni ruși care intenționează să lupte împotriva regimului lui Putin.

Ucraina pregătește o posibilă ofensivă pentru a recupera teritoriul ocupat de Rusia, iar eforturile lor de a pune forțele ruse în dificultate și de a-i determina să-și angajeze resursele în apărarea frontierei comune au escaladat.

Acest incident reprezintă o nouă fază în lupta informațională dintre Rusia și Ucraina. Utilizarea tehnologiei AI în producerea de mesaje false și dezinformare amplifică tensiunile deja existente.
