Belarus își recheamă ambasadorul în Marea Britanie pe fondul politicii „ostile” a Regatului Unit

Belarus și-a rechemat vineri ambasadorul în Marea Britanie ca răspuns la ceea ce a numit acțiuni „ostile și neprietenoase” din partea Londrei. Într-o declarație, ministerul de externe al Belarusului a declarat că Marea Britanie a adoptat politici care au avut „ca scop sistematic să provoace daune maxime cetățenilor și entităților juridice din Belarus”, citând sancțiuni asupra companiilor sale, o interdicție asupra companiei aeriene naționale Belavia și restricții asupra mass-media de stat din Belarus.

Legăturile dintre Belarus și Occident s-au prăbușit de când liderul țării, Alexander Lukașenko, a luat măsuri dure împotriva opoziției după alegerile prezidențiale contestate din 2020. De asemenea, Belarus a permis Rusiei să folosească teritoriul său pentru a lansa o parte importantă a invaziei sale din 24 februarie în Ucraina.

Lukașenko și Minskul au devenit din ce în ce mai izolați în Occident și s-au apropiat de Kremlin pentru un sprijin financiar, militar și diplomatic crucial. De asemenea, ministerul de externe al Belarusului a atacat ceea ce a numit „teatrul politic” al politicii interne a Marii Britanii și a făcut apel la politicieni să „lucreze nu pentru ratingul lor personal, ci pentru beneficiul poporului britanic”.

Atacuri rusești de pe teritoriul Belarusului

Între timp, un tir de 25 de rachete a fost lansat de forțele rusești asupra regiunilor din nordul Ucrainei din Belarusul vecin, în timp ce ofensiva ucraineană din sud pare să se intensifice. Valul de rachete lansat dimineața devreme de pe teritoriul aliatului cheie al Rusiei a lovit ținte din regiunea Cernihiv, inclusiv un bloc de apartamente, precum și locații din afara Kievului și din jurul orașului Zhytomyr, potrivit oficialilor ucraineni și figurilor opoziției din Belarus.

Guvernatorul regiunii Cernihiv, Viacheslav Chaus, a declarat că nouă rachete au lovit în apropiere de satul Honcharivska, iar unele au căzut în pădurea din apropiere.
